There are 4 complete vertical natural landscape belts. You may go to Maya Mountain, take a shuttle bus and cableway (optional), and overlook the beautiful scenery of Tianchi from top of the mountain. Transfer to Fuyun County. Car-view Gurbantünggüt Desert, the second largest desert in China, which has a covering area of 45,000 square kilometers.

Visit Wucai Beach - Typical Yardang landform with a symphony of colorful rocks (red, green, purple, yellow, brown, etc) on the nearly-barren river beach. Stroll at Burqin Night Market, and taste cold-water fish returning from the Arctic Ocean (own-expense dinner).

It is the mother river of Turpan and the source of life of Huozhou. Karez, called Kanerzi in Uighur, originally meant an underground waterway. Visit Jiaohe Ancient City - So far the largest, oldest and best-preserved earth-built city in the world, as well as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. The ancient city was built in Han Dynasty, and has a truly unique architectural layout. The age of construction was about 2,000-2,300 years ago, and the ancient city structure is still intact and vaguely visible.

In the famous Grape Valley, there is Buyiluk River, whose main source is the snowmelt from the mountains. This place is named after its massive production of grapes, and it marks a refreshing world in Turpan.
